Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving their order. All requests must be sent to rawbyus@gmail.com, along with proof of purchase or the order number.

All purchased items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, spotless, and with all tags intact.

Exchanging an item for a different size is available, subject to stock availability.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. They may only be exchanged if the requested item is in stock.

Refunds will be processed via Instapay, after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the required conditions.

Shipping expenses required to execute a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 5 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
